We can talk about the direct sale when a product or a service is demonstrated or shown directly to the end user. This direct contact with customers is especially suitable for tangible products (vacuum cleaners, blenders, bedclothes, mattresses, kitchenware, etc.), where the quality highly exceeds the quality of seemingly similar products from the same segment.
